Foundation of स्मृति Fund:

Aim:

Aim of the foundation is to collect ten million (10000000) (10m = 1carore Nepalease Currency fund from the family, relatives, friends, volunteers and an organisations.

Definition:

The definition is to collect ten million (1carore) Nepalease Rupees of donation fund and deposit it in to the guaranteed fund forever. An annually interest receiving from the guarantee bank and collected fund from donors, will start to distrubute the donation to the needy people, community or an organisation, and 5% five percent of interest has to add to the main capital to rise capital up. Note: This is long term planning.

Fundraising Strategy and Planning

Asking for money is never easy, but it is nonetheless a necessity for most not-for-profit organisations. Although it’s undoubtedly hard, fundraising can – and should – be a fun and energising experience. It is also an experience that should be shared. One of the challenges is ensuring that everyone in the family and organisation has some involvement in raising money.

Setting the Target:

“Raising money” isn’t enough. “Raising $20,000” isn’t enough (though we need financial goals as well). We need to estimate costs and returns at each stage of the process. Don’t just write in how much we need to raise; what counts is what we’re able to raise to make one of largest donors in community to assist community. Never lie to our budget.

The respected honorable people and organisations who donated the money or wish to donate the money for the स्मृति fund for the name of स्मृति foundation, Upa Pradhan Pancha and Late Subadar Shree Patiram Shrees foundation, is to make sure that the money donating must be fill free of your mind and proper account have to be recorded on this table and in another accounting system. A receipt will be issued when donation money arrived in the bank.
